AUTOMATIC PANEL STORAGE SYSTEM CSF

We developed this system for the handling in the field of panel saws offering a highest possible level of ergonimics and a considerable saving potential.

The machine is designed as module construction, the storage can be enlarged up to any size, depending on requirement and possibility of installation in production hall.

The storage areas are either chaotic or sorted.  A mixed storage is also possible, the layout of the storage can be arranged new at any time.

The stacked panels can be requested either at the saw or at the “storage-PC”. The windows based software is clearly arranged and easy to handle.

RETURN SYSTEM FOR AN EDGEBANDER 

We developed this system for the handling in the field of edgebanding machines offering a highest possible level of ergonimics and a considerable saving potential.

Only one operator is required to manually insert the panels, the second operator who is usually removing the panels can be completely omitted since the panels are directly returned to the first operator.

Specification Load: max. 60 kg Panel size: max. 2800 x 1300 mm Clock cycle: max. 14 pieces/min

RETURN SYSTEM FOR AN EDGEBANDER WITH ROTATING UNIT 90° / 180°

We developed this system for the handling in the field of edgebanding machines offering a highest possible level of ergonimics and a considerable saving potential.

Only one operator is required to manually insert the panels, the second operator who is usually removing the panels can be completely omitted since the panels are directly returned to the first operator.

If it is necessary to work on more sides of the panel, you can choose to get them back turned, either 90° or 180°.

Controlled is the return system by a Windows based, easy to run, 17″ touchscreen-PC.

RETURN SYSTEM FOR AN EDGEBANDER WITH ROTATION UNIT 90° / 180° AND DESTOCKING ON BOTH SIDES

Only one operator is required to manually insert the panels, the second operator who is usually removing the panels can be completely omitted since the panels are directly returned to the first operator.

If it is necessary to work on more sides of the panel, you can choose to get them back turned, either 90° or 180°.

Controlled is the return system by a Windows based, easy to run, 17″ touchscreen-PC.

With this construction it is also possible to stack the panels on one or two sides of the returning conveyor. Those arbitrary stacks can as well be used as an emplacement for new panels.
